Clearly the best hotel Downtown until Circa showed up, the Golden Nugget is still a cut above the other Fremont area resorts. Nice casino, good table games (they've still got traditional Pai-Gow!) and decent rooms, with a classic Vegas pool. One of our favorites even if it's no longer the top dog in the neighborhood.
